What if getting medical help felt as quick as ordering something online? An exploration around finding medicines, healthcare essentials and emergency support when time matters.
View exploration →My work spans Product/UX Strategy, Enterprise UX and Design Leadership. I'm now applying this experience to AI & agentic products, exploring how they can reduce manual effort while keeping people informed and in control.
Every new user setup meant going through 34 fields. Administrators had to enter roles, regions, permissions and operational details, turning a routine onboarding task into a 140–180 second workflow.
A closer look showed that 34 fields didn't mean 34 decisions. Much of the information was already known, inherited from context, derived from other choices or only relevant under certain conditions.
So the hypothesis became: let users make the decisions; let the system handle the context. The resulting 2-step guided experience cut task time by 83%, from 3 minutes to about 30 seconds.
Read full case studyPlanning or adjusting a container movement meant pulling together schedules, available options and operational constraints from different sources before the team could decide what to do next.
The decision itself wasn't taking 42 minutes. Most of that time went into finding, cross-checking and connecting information, work that repeated whenever a movement needed to be planned or changed.
So I explored whether an AI agent could prepare the decision, gather the context, compare options and explain its recommendation, while keeping the final call with the user.

I've led workshops with Business and Technology teams, helping turn different perspectives and requirements into clearer product priorities and shared decisions.
I've mentored designers and developers on research, usability and accessibility, helping build more consistent design thinking and stronger UX decisions across the team.
I'm currently exploring Agentic AI UX, designing how AI agents can act on a user's behalf while keeping people informed and in control.
